Our surface grinding capacity is among the largest in the country. Our equipment and service capabilities include Blanchard rotary grinding up to 128" in diameter with 250 HP and Mattison reciprocating grinders with up to 415 HP and covering plates 48" X 220". Our experienced welders are trained to fabricate and refurbish steel plate to meet special finishing requirements.
We maintain steel bar inventory to meet your standard or metric bar size specifications.
In order to reduce residual stress and to provide product stability, we will also arrange to have steel plate stress relieved, annealed or normalized before the grinding or machining process.
