With extensive experience regrinding and sharpening shear blades, slitters, choppers, hydraulic shears, steel cutters, mill blades, and similar machine cutters to close tolerances, Standard parallelism tolerances on our largest Mattison surface Grinder is +/- .001" per foot for parts up to 173" long. Our largest surface grinder can grind parts up to 31" x 36" x 173". Pictured below, #2 Mattison Surface Grinder regularly regrinds and refurbishes machine parts for heavy steel service centers. Examples include regrinding welder dies & refinishing plate shears. Expected 16-32 RMS finish. |
