Precision Grinding has recently increased its capacity to provide full service Precision Vertical Machining. Our new heavy duty, high precision Vertical Machining Center from Takumi USA is an ultra accurate 3-Axis CNC Machine holding tolerance levels from +/- .0004.  Equipped with a forty capacity tool changer, our CNC Vertical Machining Center can process small-sized, large-sized, small-quantity or large-quantity jobs with more precision and speed, saving our customers time and money.  Quote requests and orders for specialty machined parts come in a variety of quantities, shapes and sizes.  We are now able to complete and deliver more complex, larger and irregular shaped machined parts to you faster!

This Takumi milling machine can handle larger parts.  The travel capacity is 31 x 78 x 122, and the weight capacity is 22,000 pounds.  This Vertical Milling Machine can handle large, thick machine bases, bolster plates, and milling machine tables whether you need drilling, boring, counter sinking, reaming, tapping, key slots, T Slots, oil grooves, grease groves, machined profiles, beveling or a variety of other special machining. Prior to our new purchase, Steel Plate Machining was processed from our carbon steel plate inventory on our horizontal milling machines from in-stock A36, A572-50, A514, 1045 and 4140.
