In-house expertise includes additional, extensive experience with the carbon, alloy, stainless and tool steel grades: A516 grade 70, C1020, 4140HT, 410ss, 420ss, A2, D2 & S7. Two (2) Plants. 60,000 sq. ft. and 70,000 sq. ft. Our precision steel processing services spotlight plate cutting via an Avenger 2, dual, flame cutting torches and a plasma cutting head.  We finish fabricating parts to customer specifications across 75,000 sq. ft. of welding, assembling, and fabricating floor-space.  The 40,000# car bottom furnace is used to stress relieve, anneal and normalize steel. There are (12) workhorse Mattison and Blanchard grinders working two full-time shifts. Highly trained machinists provide precision machining services from several large G&L horizontal boring and vertical milling machines, large milling planers, and heavy duty GE Fanuc 18i controller, CNC Vertical Machining centers: (3) CNC Machining centers: Our Large CNC Machine accommodates up to 22,000 lbs., reaching 31"h x 78" x 122".
